This Christmas started out like any other. Christmas Eve we spent back in HC with family. We woke up at Mimi and Pop's and the kids played and helped make cut-outs. Yumm!! I was glad mimi got around to making them with them because we didn't get around to it this year.
Kason was very upset because his cookie broke!
Kaid loving the cookie frosting job!
And another sad face from Kason when I told him he couldn't have another cookie... hey, he had already had 2-3 for breakfast!! Mean mommy. He is ALMOST convincing!
Then onto Randy's family Christmas, as tradition is, on Christmas eve. The kids were very excited to open their first presents of the season!
Cousins being silly! Take #1
Cheese! and Take #4
Kason just adores this little girl! Poor Ella wasn't feeling so hot and Kason is looking a little annoyed with the picture taking!
Kaid, AJ, McKenzie, Isaiah, Evanne, Ella, Kason
And GIFT time!!!
One of Kaid's favorite gifts! A scrapbook to create all on her own!!
And a scooter from Grandma and pa! What a great day we had!!
Isaiah and Kason playing with their new toys!
The kids got to open their gifts early in the day and the adults did once Randy got there after work. It was such a bummer that Randy had to work Christmas even and Christmas, but it all worked out.
Grandpa getting ready to read us the Christmas story before the gifts begin.
I am so blessed to have such wonderful In-laws. We've got the best families any one could ask for. I thank God for all of you.
