Lets back up a few days. Mimi came to stay this week and wanted to go see our favorite house while she was here, so on Wednesday we met our realtor and went and showed mom and dad the house. They loved it and I feel even more in love with it after walking the land. It should have been our #1 choice all along but were so blinded by the other house that was just amazing. This house is even more perfect for our family. It has had a lot of interest so we were getting nervous that it was going to sell soon.

So, last night we found out that WE SOLD OUR HOUSE!!! We did end up going lower on our price than we hoped but had to weigh the 2 scenarios... So, now we have an offer in on our new dream house and PRAY they accept. We will know more this week on what will happen but are praying it will be good news and we will have a place to live!! As of now closing day is May 6th and we have to be out by May 9th! Things will be happening fast! Overall I'm very happy about it. It's hard to get excited at this point until we know if we have our new place nailed down. It's very bitter sweet. I love our neighbors and I love my house, but it will be wonderful to have land and a new house to love! Thanks for keeping us in your prayers - it's not over yet, but the first step is well underway!!
