It's that trick-or-treat time again! 

Treats made for a friends Halloween party. 

 

 

Cute little costumes... My idea for this year was to have them be "food" and Kaid and I had talked about her being an ice cream cone or cupcake.  Should have known it would land on Kitty! 

Do you know how hard it is to find an age-appropriate kitty costume for her size.  Impossible!  So, we improvised!! 

 

She thought it was so funny to pretend to be "eating" Kason.  He didn't think it was funny when he realized what she was doing!

This is the extent of "Scary" at our house.  Boo!

 

We went to a local Church's "trunk or treat" with Bonnie and had some good cold fun!

Second fun part of the day!  Mishae and Sladen's party!  The kids had a blast!

 

Oh what fun! Then on to Halloween day... I am happy to report that I did not have to go out in the cold to watch my kids walk up to hundreds of houses and get candy that we would likely throw most of it away anyway! Since it was SO cold out we went for plan B which was a party for the neighbor kids at a wonderful neighbors house. It was so nice not to have to thaw out afterwards and the kids didn't even miss it!  Hopefully NEXT year we will have a nice trick-or-treat day.  Not gonna hold my breath though... that never happens!!  Hope you all had a great spooky day too!
